At the 2010 FSFF Annual General Membership Meeting on January 8, 2010 in Starkville, MS., the following three nominees for the current three Board vacancies were elected:

Anne-Marie Rasch
Brian Valentine

On January 9, 2010, at an FSFF Board Meeting held at Little Creek Farm in Starkville, MS., the 2010 FSFF Board of Directors elected Officers and Committee Chairs:

President - Ron Nolan
Vice President - Dr. P. Mikell Davis
Secretary - Larry Throgmorton
Treasurer - Kent Dollar
FSFF Board Directors are: Dan Skeels, Glen Vaughn, Greg Kemp, Anne-Marie Rasch, Brian Valentine, Jim Ethridge

Committee Chairs:

Please view the Event Calendar.  If your events are not posted there, PLEASE let the FSFF Office know .  We can take postings in advance for 2011.


We are taking advertisements for the quarterly issues of Federation Footnotes, our newsletter.  These business card type ads go on the back page of the publication and were very successful for those who placed ads last year.  You may include your ad in all four issues at $35 per issue = $140, or you may pick and choose your issue placement for $35 each.

There also is usually space for larger ads : Full pages are $220/issue; half pages are $110/issue; quarter pages are $55.00/issue.

This is a good place to visually present notice about your sale or event months before your catalogue is published.

THE DEADLINE FOR THE MARCH NEWSLETTER IS FEBRUARY 26, 2010 !!!


At the FSFF Annual General Membership Meeting it was decided we would publish the 2010 - 2011 FSFF Membership Directory in the same abbreviated format as the 2009 - 2010 issue.  There will be no poly bagging our book with the September issue of SimTalk.

If you have contact lists you would like us to include in our mailing of the Directory, please submit that to the FSFF Office no later than July 1, 2010. 
The deadline for all Directory ads will be June 1, 2010
.  They MUST be submitted in camera ready format or they will have to be returned to you.  50% of your ad cost will be required with your initial ad space reservation.   If, for some reason you do not end up placing the ad, the deposited funds will go toward ads in the following year.

Information on the costs for ads and contacts for help in creating camera ready submissions will be forthcoming.
